    We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your items. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note that clearance items, discounted products, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.

    To start a return or exchange:

    • Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please send the item back within 7 days of receiving our instructions.
  3. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

  4. Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this when you contact us. After the original item is returned, the new item will be processed and shipped to you. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

  5. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are non-returnable or exchangeable:

    • Clearance or discounted items
    • Gift cards
    • Personal items like underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  6. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. Be sure to provide clear images of the defect or damage when you contact our support team.

  7. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

  8. Delayed or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
